It has come to our attention that the age verification process with BlueCheck has caused some confusion at checkout. We want to put out a few points to make this easier to understand.
After checkout BlueCheck will pop-up and inform you that they need to verify your identity. Once you click on the button you'll be directed over to BlueCheck's website to complete this process. If you are over 27, you will only need to put in the last four digits of your social security number and this should be enough to verify your age. If you are under 27 you will need to upload your identification.
Once you get past the first page and receive a code via email or text the process is complete. We noticed at the top of their page there are 4 steps. If you are verified at step two there will be no need to complete the other two steps. You do not need to upload your id. You should have received an email message stating that you were verified. At this time no further action is required.
If there are any other necessary steps we will contact you. If you do not get any further messages from VTA or from BlueCheck your order is processing and preparing for shipment. You will receive tracking info once the shipping label is printed.
We do understand that this has frustrated our customers and we hope that you can bear with us while we work through perfecting this process to create a less complicated checkout experience.
